Enterprise Workspaces

Enterprise workspaces, flexible service packages, and clearer QC reports

Manage Enterprise QC alongside your Personal workspace in the same account. This release adds service packages arranged with your account manager, payment confirmation, resumable uploads, and clearer analysis and report status.

ENTERPRISE WORKSPACE
  • Switch between Personal and Enterprise from the workspace selector
  • Enterprise videos, analysis minutes, and storage are tracked separately from your Personal plan
  • Your existing Personal subscription remains independent when Enterprise service is activated
PAYMENT & SERVICE
  • Review your agreed analysis allowance, storage, file retention, and one-time price before paying
  • Purchase a 30-day service period through your payment link, with no automatic renewal
  • The activation page refreshes payment and service status automatically, including when payment is confirmed but service is still being prepared
UPLOADS & SETTINGS
  • Resume interrupted Enterprise uploads in the same browser using the same file and settings
  • Choose platform, video, audio, subtitle, and logo checks for each video using the shared upload settings
  • Upload revised videos into their Enterprise version history
  • Switching workspaces pauses an upload in progress; already submitted analyses stay with their original workspace
PROGRESS & REPORTS
  • Follow analysis progress and distinguish completed, incomplete, failed, and cancelled tasks
  • Review which checks completed separately from the quality issues they found
  • Download Full PDF reports from Enterprise results, with incomplete reports clearly labelled

Reports & Reliability

PDF reports for every plan, with more reliable analysis and account security

Every account can now download a QC report: Basic on Free, full reports on Pro and Ultra. This release also improves upload settings, quota tracking, analysis progress, dashboard results, and two-factor authentication.

BASIC PDF
  • Free accounts can export Minimal and List-Only reports
  • Minimal covers the video summary without timeline screenshots
  • List-Only is a compact error list for a quick read of the findings
FULL PDF
  • Pro and Ultra can export Standard, Professional, and Custom reports
  • Standard and Professional add the detail used for delivery review
  • Professional and Custom can include timeline error screenshots
  • Locked templates on the result page are marked PRO / ULTRA
WHERE TO EXPORT
  • From the analysis result page, open Export and choose a template your plan includes
  • From the dashboard, quick export uses Minimal on Free and Standard on Pro and Ultra
  • The available templates follow the plan on your account, including right after you upgrade
UPLOADS & ANALYSIS
  • Each video keeps its own platform, audio, subtitle safe-zone, and logo detection settings
  • Quota checks use the uploaded video’s actual size and duration, with more reliable handling of simultaneous uploads and retries
  • Cancelling an analysis now reaches the processing worker and keeps the task cancelled
  • Original uploads are retained when saving analysis results fails
  • Equivalent aspect ratios are recognized correctly, and text-analysis failures are shown in the findings
RESULTS & DASHBOARD
  • Search, sorting, and filters apply across the full analysis list
  • QC status and error counts follow the same rules across results and dashboard statistics, including dismissed and corrected issues
  • Reconnecting restores saved task progress and completion status
  • Reports retain timeline screenshots, audio findings, and platform compliance details
  • Deleting a video version preserves the remaining version history and updates the latest version
ACCOUNT SECURITY
  • When two-factor authentication is enabled, both password and Google sign-in require an authenticator code
  • Turning off two-factor authentication requires a valid code, with limits on repeated verification attempts
  • Password and two-factor changes invalidate previous sessions; existing accounts may need to sign in again after this update
  • Account plan and billing details refresh from the current subscription

Logo Detection

Logo & Brand Detection — automatic copyright and endorsement risk scanning

Auto QC now checks every sampled frame for brand logos and on-screen products. Anything that may need a rights review gets a timecoded marker in the report. No configuration required.

LOGO COPYRIGHT RISK
  • Detects brand logos and trademarks that may require licensing clearance
  • Each detection appears as an Amber timeline marker with timecode and duration
  • A dashed bounding box tracks the logo position in the video player as you scrub through the flagged segment
  • Error card shows the model confidence score and detected label for manual review
BRAND PRODUCT RISK
  • Flags full branded products in frame (laptops, phones, packaging) that may imply brand endorsement
  • Orange markers distinguish product placement risk from logo copyright risk on the timeline
  • Each flag recommends confirming rights or obscuring the product before publishing
HOW TO ENABLE
  • Enable under Upload Settings → PlanD & AI Detection → Logo Detection
  • No threshold to set — runs automatically with fixed defaults
  • Results appear in the same QC report alongside all other timeline errors

Version Control

Multi-version QC — upload revisions, inherit dismissed errors

You can now upload a revised version of any video directly from the dashboard or analysis result page. Auto QC runs a fresh quality check on the new version and automatically re-applies any errors you previously dismissed — even when the edit shifted the timeline.

VERSION CONTROL
  • Upload a new version from the dashboard — no need to reconfigure quality check settings
  • Version badge on each dashboard card showing V1, V2, V3...
  • Dashboard always shows the latest version; older versions are archived
  • Analysis result page shows version history and lets you switch between versions
SMART INHERITANCE
  • Dismissed errors are automatically re-applied to the new version
  • Audio cross-correlation aligns timecodes across re-encoded or trimmed revisions
  • Global errors (aspect ratio, loudness) are inherited by type — no timecode needed
  • Timeline errors are matched with ±0.5s tolerance after alignment
  • Low-confidence alignment falls back gracefully with a manual review prompt
ANALYSIS SETTINGS
  • Quality check settings are automatically inherited from the previous version
  • Platform compliance preset, detector toggles, and PlanD config all carry over
